Project Focus

The primary focus of the assignment was to enhance the usability and consistency of the existing platform while supporting the design and delivery of new business functionality.

Areas of work included:

  • Guided buying workflows
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Marketing procurement functionality
  • User interface improvements
  • Responsive front-end implementation
  • Platform usability and user experience enhancements

As with many established enterprise platforms, the challenge was not simply to add functionality but to ensure that increasingly complex business processes remained intuitive and efficient for end users.
