Working as part of a Cognifide delivery team, I supported Ford UK on a programme of digital improvements focused on enhancing the user experience and front-end delivery of customer-facing automotive websites and online services.

Project Focus

The engagement focused on improving the user experience and front-end implementation of Ford UK's digital platforms. Working within a large enterprise environment, the objective was to create intuitive customer journeys, improve usability and ensure a consistent experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

The work involved translating business and customer requirements into effective digital solutions while supporting ongoing enhancements to existing platforms. Particular attention was given to responsive design, accessibility, interface consistency and the overall quality of the customer experience.

My Contribution

Following the successful completion of my assignment with The Daily Telegraph, I was retained by Cognifide and assigned to the Ford UK programme. Working alongside designers, developers, stakeholders and delivery teams, I contributed to the UX/UI architecture and front-end implementation of a range of digital initiatives.

Delivery was undertaken within a collaborative Agile environment involving designers, developers, product stakeholders and business teams.

Project Outcome

The engagement contributed to the ongoing improvement of Ford UK's digital customer experience through enhanced usability, responsive front-end delivery and improved interface consistency. The successful delivery of the assignment further strengthened my relationship with Cognifide and demonstrated my ability to contribute effectively within large-scale enterprise digital programmes.
